Susan is by far the hardest working agent I've encountered in my life. If you ask her for specifics regarding a home, she will get you those answers. At one point, we had stopped looking for homes as the market was too crazy and we decided to wait. We had told her this and she insisted that she will continue to look for homes, specific to our needs and requirements, and send them to us. She found us our home even when we gave up. We just sold with her as well. Again, unbeatable work ethic. She was quick to give us a helping hand, got an AMAZING photographer, and got our house listed so fast with as little headache as possible. It's never easy buying or selling a house but I would recommend her every single time to anyone who wants a Real Estate Agent that will bend over backwards for their needs. Susan is the realtor selling my parents home and has been outstanding. She keeps us all informed so we can make the best decisions possible and knowledgeable in answering our questions and getting back to us in a timely manner. With this house being over 50 years old, some updates and minor repairs were needed and with her years of property management, and real estate experience she provided us with good, quality contractors to make these repairs.
